I personally have a soft spot for all things vintage. I love the 1940s- 1960s, and think it would have been so fun to be a woman back then (minus the lack of certain rights). I really love the Pin Up Vargas Girls of yesteryear, with their calendar girl poses, perfectly coiffed hair, and siren red lips. Those ladies were glamorous, sexy and feminine.


All About Kelly
Kelly is a talented, formally educated photographer based out of Cupertino, CA. Since creating her first darkroom at age 11 in her parents garage for a school science fair, she has been interested in photography. In the business for eight years now, she received her BFA from Pratt Institute, New York in 2000. Before she opened her studio, she worked as a freelance photojournalist for several newspapers. She knew she wanted to be a professional photographer, after her internship with the famous Joyce Tenneson. Kelly is a member of SFBAPPASan Francisco Bay Area Photographers Association

When she is not in the studio, Kelly loves cooking, spending time with her fiance, visiting art museums, and traveling abroad. If Kelly could have any pets, she'd get a white cockatoo, as she feels they are mysterious and elegant, and likes the imagery of women with such a bird.

Here, Kelly explains how she feels about photographing women in such an intimate setting: "I know that as women, we all want to be adored and express a sensual, attractive side of ourselves. We all want a few moments that capture this embodiment of our youth and beauty. What's so great about boudoir and pin-up photography, is that we get to slip into something sexy and into a role that we don't expose in our daily lives. We get to be pampered with hair & make-up & even a glass of champagne if you'd like... and then create these lasting images that will forever immortalize the sex goddess or calendar girl we've always wanted to be. It's definitely an experience every woman should have, and also having done it myself, you leave feeling more confident, more uninhibited, feminine, and sexy. It's great to also know this little secret you've done and having the photographs as a memoir for both your loved one and yourself."



What Kelly loves most about her job is giving women a unique experience that helps them walk away with a new found confidence in themselves. She loves the aspect of collaborating with her clients and creating these very personalized portraits that they and their loved ones will cherish for years to come.

Clients that come to Kelly with a spirit to have fun and who are open to ideas produce fabulous end results. Kelly says, "It’s a fantastic feeling to let loose and enjoy the moment of being yourself or a character!"

Package & Pricing Info
Kelly's focus is on giving each client a quality and highly personalized experience from the first consultation to the retouching of prints. She usually will not book more than four clients per week.

All packages include a private web gallery & retouched prints, starting from $495. The most popular “Pampered Pin-Up Package” includes professional hair & make-up styling & a 2 hour photo session, and is $850. Usually within 1-2 weeks after each session, Kelly creates an online private viewing gallery where clients can view & download their web images and place their orders.
