Alisa Benay is the latest couture bridal designer to hit the American market, and she is soon to be all the rage. With her amazing vintage inspired designs, and 15 years experience as a custom gown designer, Alisa understands what a bride wants in her dream gown.
About Alisa
She began her career after graduating from the Rogers & Silverman School of Fashion Design & Merchandising at Kent State University with a BA in Fashion Design. “I have always had a fascination with historical fashions,” says Ms. Benay, “I love the silhouette created by the corset and the drama of the bustle. My gowns are fresh, contemporary interpretations of vintage designs. I take my inspiration from the breathtaking gowns of yesterday and mold them into dream gowns fit for the modern bride.”
The Big Launch
Ms. Benay will be unveiling her 2009 line of couture bridal gowns, veils, and jewelry to the press, bridal boutiques, and registered Colorado brides on March 14th and 15th at the Cherokee Ranch and Castle near Castle Rock, Colorado.
